RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Subject to the following conditions, we will gladly refund any unworn merchandise in perfect resalable condition and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and can be completed by mail or at the location of your choice.

You have up to 30 days from the shipment date to complete a return.

  • Merchandise must be in new condition, in its original box, and accompanied by a valid printed receipt.

  • Please note: Socks and shoe care products are final sale. No guarantee is offered regarding comfort.

  • Sale Items: SHOESS will exchange sale merchandise (in new condition and original packaging) within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and include all original tags and the receipt inside the box.

  • Restrictions: Final sale on all merchandise discounted by 50% or more.


RETURNS OR EXCHANGES BY MAIL

You will need your email address and order number to submit your request. Once submitted, we will review and approve your request as soon as possible. You will then receive an email containing a prepaid return label.

Important Details:

  • You have 30 days from the shipment date to return your items.

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A $4.99 fee will be deducted from all mailed refunds.

  • Exchanges are free of charge.

How to Prepare Your Package:

  1. Carefully place the item(s) you wish to return back into the original box or shipping bag, including the original receipt or gift receipt.

  2. Securely seal the box or bag.

  3. Affix the prepaid return label over the original shipping label, ensuring the original barcode is completely covered.

  4. Schedule a pickup with the carrier indicated on the label or drop off your package at one of their designated locations.

Processing Time: All refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days following the receipt of your return package.

Note: At this time, we only accept returns for purchases made online at SHOESS.ca. If a product is returned outside of the 30-day window, or if the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, SHOESS.ca will be unable to issue a refund.
